1.本公司產(chǎn)品勿需加入硅油調(diào)節(jié)軟硬度和流動性，用戶若需比上述牌號 軟或流動性 的產(chǎn)品，請與本公司聯(lián)系提供。我們不 添加硅油，對于軟模或者是花紋非常精細(xì)的產(chǎn)品，一般硅油添加比例也只在5%-10%。

固化劑添加比例及反應(yīng)：
1、添加3-5％固化劑,有30分鐘可操作時間（室溫下），4-8小時模具即可完全固化。
2、硅膠和固化劑的混合比例是100:3-5.例如：100克硅膠，加入3-5克固化劑。固化劑按5%的比例，免費(fèi)提供。用戶若需操作時間 短或 長，原則上不要采取少加或多加固化劑的方法，應(yīng)與本公司聯(lián)系提供新配制的固化劑。
用戶需知:
RTV-2模具硅膠也叫做雙組分室溫硫化硅橡膠；具有良好的流動行和好操作性．添加3%-5%的固化劑，30分鐘內(nèi)硅膠仍可以流動，需要4-8小時模具方可完全固化，一般模具放置24小時后再使用，此時模具各方面性能比較穩(wěn)定，使用效果會 。做好的模具具有耐酸堿、耐老化、抗變形收縮率低、耐高溫、抗力抗撕裂好等性能，廣泛用于精致模具復(fù)制，樹脂、波麗、石膏、蠟燭、手工香皂等模具制作。
