一、產品概述

BCB型擺線內嚙合齒輪油泵，采用圓弧-擺線作為它的齒輪齒形。該泵結構緊湊運轉平穩、效率高、壽命長，事宜運輸不含固體顆粒、纖維的重油、燃油、機械油等有潤滑性以及性質相似的其他液態物質。

適用范圍：溫度-10℃-180℃??粘度：5-1500CST

性能范圍：流量10-166L/min?壓力≤1.6Mpa

三、泵的工作原理

該泵采用擺線——圓弧齒形，內嚙合的形式。內外齒輪嚙合時形成幾個相互獨立的油腔，每個油腔隨著齒輪的旋轉容積不斷變化。油腔容積增大時，它與吸油口相通，油腔中的油隨油腔的容積減少二從出油口排出，齒輪不斷旋轉，泵實現連續輸油。

?泵主要由泵體、齒輪、軸承、軸、安全閥、前蓋后蓋、密封部件、聯軸器等部件組成。

設有安全閥的泵，當排油管路的液壓值超過泵的規定時，安全閥開啟，保證泵及原動機不致因壓力過高而受到損壞。

軸端密封有三種形式：填料密封、機械密封、橡膠圈密封。用戶可根據具體條件選用合適的密封結構。

泵有良好的自吸性、泵內運動部件利用輸送的液體實現潤滑，致工作時無需加引液和潤滑劑。

四、安裝

1、泵安裝前應檢查泵和電機在運輸過程中是否受到損壞，如電機是否受潮，泵的進出口防塵蓋是否損壞而是污物進入泵腔內等。

2、泵在搬運過程中，應選擇合適起吊位置，減少泵的變形。

3、泵的底座應在牢固的基礎上，以免產生振動影響泵的正常工作。

4、泵的進出口管路應清理干凈不得存有硬顆粒等雜物。

5、管路口徑一般不小于泵的進出口口徑，進油管路應盡量短，并減少彎路。必要時在進油口安裝金屬過濾網，過濾網的有效面積不應小于管道過流面積的三倍。

6、安裝時，不憑用泵來承擔管路的重量。

7、用手轉動聯軸器，泵應轉動靈活，不得有過緊或輕重不均的現象，如有應立即排除。

五、開機

1、開機前應檢查泵軸轉動是否靈活，有無卡阻現象，進出口管道上的閥門是否開啟、泵的旋轉方向是否正確。

2、長時間沒有使用的泵開機前應向泵腔中注入一定量的潤滑液，以減少泵在吸油過程中的干摩擦，并可提高泵自吸性能。

3、開機后如有不正常的噪音或過熱現象，應立即停車檢查。

4、檢查泵軸端有無泄露現象，如：對填料密封應適當調緊壓緊蓋，其他密封則應拆機檢查。

5、若輸送熱油，在開車時應均勻預熱，預熱是利用被輸送的介質不斷通過泵體進行的。

預熱標準：吸入口油溫不得高于泵體溫度40℃，預熱的升溫速度控制在小于40℃/時，在預熱時應將固定泵體的螺栓松開，預熱完畢，將其擰緊。

在預熱過程中，應注意觀察泵的運行情況，一旦發生不良現象，應立即停泵檢查。

6、泵停機時，首先切斷電源，然后關閉進出口管道上的閥門，避免造船泵倒轉。

7、泵長期使用，壓力流量有明顯下降時，應拆泵檢查，更換其已經磨損的零件。
