概 述

本連續發泡機把溢流槽發泡和上澆式發泡巧妙地結合在一起，它突破了傳統發泡由下向上的發泡方法，聚集國內外發泡機械優點于一體，并結合我國國情開發出來的新一代水平連續發泡機。

2.機器主要技術指標：（1）產量：40～280kg/分鐘。（2）發泡密度范圍：8～60密度。（3）泡綿寬度1米～2.2米（可調）。（4）主機總重：30噸。（5）機器工作環境溫度：-20℃～+40℃。（6）工作形式，上澆式/溢流槽式兩用。（7）主機外型尺寸：長27米×寬3米（未計后段輸送帶及油罐尺寸）。 (8) 機器總功率110KW； 電壓:380V。

3.基本結構

本機由主料罐、計量系統、控制電路、混合器、布料機構、沉降板、熟化箱、放紙機構、收紙機構、切斷機、后段輸送帶等十一部分組成。

4．工作原理

本機將海綿原料由貯料罐恒溫后，由計量系統按比例輸送到混合器高速攪拌，布料機構將原料均勻澆到紙模上，然后送到熟化箱聚合反應定型，經切斷機按需要切成一定長度的塊料**由輸送帶輸送出成品海綿，即完成海綿生產流程。

安全注意事項 1、生產車間必須保持通風良好。 2、海綿及原料是易燃物，應切實做好防火工作，海綿生產出來后，有自燃的可能性，必須對其監測6小時以上。 3、海綿原料M.C、TDI為有毒物質，操作時必須嚴防濺入眼睛和口鼻等處，如果誤入眼睛必須馬上用大量清水沖洗，再到醫院**診。 4、機械必須接地良好。 5、非專業人員不得擅自打開電箱，否則有觸電的危險，機械檢修前應切斷電源，帶電檢修必須做好安全防護工作，以免發生危險。 6、機器使用完畢應及時關閉電源，防止機器長時間通電而影響使用壽命。 7、切斷機使用完畢后，自動開關必須打到手動位置，以防維護時引起誤動作而發生危險。 8、M.C油罐在加料和發泡前必須打開頂部排氣閥，以防加料時壓力升高引起危險。 9、混合器嚴禁長時間空轉（允許空轉時間約15秒），長時間空轉混合器，會導致軸承嚴重磨損。 10、各組份油泵，不得長時間高速空轉，低速空轉時間不得超過30秒。 11、主混合器、硅油混合器、油泵必須按規定方向運轉。 12、主混合器不得缺油運行，否則容易損壞密封圈及軸承。 13、各工作人員操作時應戴好防護眼鏡、防毒口罩和手套。

原料的降溫

本機用冷水循環降溫，當原料溫度超過發泡工藝要求的溫度時，開啟冷水機降溫。

本機順序： a、打開需要降溫的貯料罐進水閥。 b、打開冷水機冷卻塔的補水閥。 c、打開冷水機冷水回流閥。 d、開啟冷卻塔和水泵電源。 e、開啟壓縮機電源，機器開始制冷，當壓縮機超溫報警不制冷時，關閉壓縮機電源過幾分鐘重新開機即可。

原料的加熱

當天氣寒冷，原料溫度低于工藝要求的溫度時，用熱水爐對原料進行加熱，本機采用熱水循環方式加熱。

3. Structure:

This machine containsmaterial tanks, measuring systems, controlling circuit, mixer, materialspraying device, falling plates, oven, paper spreading/unreel device, foamcutter and conveyor.

Work process

After keeping constanttemperature in the tank, the materials will be sent to mixer by measuringsystem and mix with high speed. Materials will be sprayed even to the paper andwill react to finalize the block in the oven.

Caution:

1. Plant should be well ventilated;

2. Foam block and its materials are flammableand the products from this machine should be placed separated /monitored for 6hours;

3. MC & TDI are poisonous and operatorshould be well aware of this;

4. Machine must be grounded;

5. Laypeople’s opening electricity box notallowed. Before fixing the machine, power supply must be cut off;

6. Power supply should be turned off afteruse to extend the life;

7. The cutter’s auto operation button mustbe turn to the position of

MANUAL to avoid accident;

8. When pouring the M.C and before forming, the exhaust valve on the top oftank must be open;

9. Mixer’s runningwithout materials inside that exceed 15 seconds prohibited. Otherwise, bearingwill get abraded.

10. Pumps of allmaterials will not be allowed to run at high speed without materials and therun at low speed without materials should not exceed 30 seconds.

11. Main mixer,silicon mixer and oil pump must run at the designated direction.

12. Main mixer mustrun with lubricant.

13. Operators mustwear protective glass, mask and gloves.

Materials cooling：

This machine adoptswater circulation cooling way and when the materials exceed the designatedtemperate that suitable for foaming, switch on the cooling unit.

Operation:

a. Open the waterinlet valve of the material tank;

b. Open the waterinlet of the cooling tower;

c. Open the cold watercircumfluence valve;

d. Switch on the powerof cooling tower and pump;

e. Switch on the powerof compressor and machine starts cooling. If the compressor alarms and stopscooling, switch off the power and resume after minutes.

Material heating：

When the weatheris cold and the material temperature is lower than the designated temperaturethat suitable for foaming, heat up the material with hot water stove. Thismachine adopts water circulation heating way.
